The details of WSOBP III™ have been finalized, and sign-ups are now open! We are proud to announce that in association with Las Vegas super-bar Tight Rack, we have secured an incredible Las Vegas venue - South Point Casino - and come January, the team crowned Beer Pong World Champion will walk away with $50,000.
Sign-up Information
Sign-ups will only be open for a few short months, so it is important that players reserve their spots now with $100 deposit before we are forced to close sign-ups in early December. Only $100 is required up-front to reserve the early sign-up price. This early sign-up price is only valid for those who register before October 15, so get in now to lock in the best price.
We are very excited about the change of venue and the opportunities that come along with it. Room accommodations will be significantly nicer. The Las Vegas strip is only minutes away. Strippers will be bussing your tables. (We aren't joking, assuming nothing falls through.)
Team Profiles
In the following weeks we will roll out our new player and team profile system, at which point you will be able to select your teammate and roommate, and create a team profile, similar to last year. We will send out an email when that occurs so you will not be left in the dark. If you have not done so already, please sign up for our email list to get the latest updates.
Satellite Tournaments
WSOBP Satellite Tournaments™ will be announced in the following weeks as we make arrangements with bars. The satellite tournament season is likely to be fairly short this year, given the timeframe, so don't count on their being too many.
Official Rules
The official rules this year will be similar to last years rules and will be finalized shortly. If you have any comments please post them to the Rules Debates thread for The WSOBP III™ in the forums.
