  • No website so far.
     
    I talked to Mike V today.  He was waiting for captains to email him about the format.  He has a format in line that sounded good but wanted to run it by you guys.
    As for the bar I booked it. Sept 19th  Mike is getting there at 12 for set up.  I think he was shooting for first game to be at 130.
     
    He had 5 definates full rosters Long Island, Md , Worchester, Midwest , NJ and was hoping to get a sixth from either a girls team another NY team or the Random team ( led by a few canada guys )
    I think he is posting something later this week

  • Have we come to any conclusions about anything yet??? This all seems a bit confusing... My main concern is the buy-in... is it gonna remain 50? or is it gonna be bumped up to 100? If it goes up to 100 my team may drop out... If my team remains ... as of right now I got Sam Pines on my team and im sure the WPT website would advertise for us.... Its getting close... we need to make some decisions.

  • I've already posted the NY teams roster as well, although there have been a couple changes. 50 is cool with us, waiting to hear about the final format?

  • yea im pretty sure im on the roster for pops team but i was wondering when wed know the details by and around what time this would end... just cuz sept 19 is coming up pretty soon and this is the only thread i see on the entire tournament

  •   the beast is always legit..the original was run by me last year on long island which was won by maryland..they actually took 1st and 2nd place..the last one was september in philly and long island won..they were completely different run tourneys but both awesome none the less..its only gunna grow from here..the next beast is scheduled for spring on long island..the first was i beleive and correct me if im wrong md guys; 2000 total?? and the philadelphia one was $3200?
