  • Arguably the best beer pong player in the world Ron Hamilton had gone missing for quite some time. I have a few sources up in Ny and received various tips, and one caught my attention. I gassed up the Jet, and flew to Buffalo, landed hopped in the car and drove to a little town near the border of Canada, which I will not name to protect his habitat. I pull up to a quaint little house and knocked on the door. Full on beard, and long luscious hair stood the one and only Ron Hamilton. He blurts out,   " I told ya, I don't read the fucking New York Times!!!" then I went on to explain my quest. Mr. Hamilton then invited me in, no running water, no electric. I wondered, how can he stay in such a place? He then took me down to the basement. There I see a bpong table set up, imitation balls in which I assumed, but Ron explained he has been shooting so much lately that he finally wore the logo off of the balls. Video set up so he can watch and critique his shot. The cups did throw me off a little. What Ron did was the took the bpong cups cut out the bottoms and flips them over, making it an even more difficult shot. Still he is shooting around 70 percent with these more difficult cups. Pictures of different people who have talked shit to him over the years and nailed on the walls to keep him motivated and to remind him to stay hungry. I asked him what his chances of winning the tournament back to back were and he replied " I am the standard on which every other player is measured. 90 percent of my games are won simply by me walking up to the table" Intimidation is a very good friend to have in a big tournament, especially when it is backed up by a near flawless beer pong form that Mr. Hamilton possesses. So don't worry about Ron, he will be just fine rolling into the WSOBP V.
