  • I dont know to much about the west coast teams but with 75 days til the tournament was curious what teams are the favorites going in.

The east coast squads I would say are:

    Smashing Time
    Get Ya Popcorn Ready
    Kessler & Deep

  • All the teams above are without a doubt favorites so I'm not going to repeat those.

As far as others, one team that will definitely do well is 'Since Sliced Bread' from the midwest. Vince and Andy. Both pretty lights out shooters.

Smoke Show from Boston will also make a run. Shane is shooting as well as anybody right now.

I'm also not sure who Peter Rusch is playing with, but I've heard he has a new partner this year. Not sure who it is, but I know he kicked ass this past year with his wife.

Also, look for me to lose tons of money at O'Shea's again after the last day in cash games. I think my ATM fees alone were about 50 bucks.

yea id have to say theres a lot of unseen talent from the NY/East coast area that can all be sleeper teams. I don't plan on finishing less then top 16.

  • not to sure about the rest of the country but some of the best shooters coming out of the midwest  are

    1. Vince and Andy ( since sliced bread)

Andy has around 5 bids and Vince has close too 10

    2. Zach Gilkison and Dan Range.

Zach has 4 bids and a singles tournament win and Im not sure on the number of bids that Range has but heis a proven shooter

    3. Dane Ellis an Joe Eastman (designateed drinkers)

Dane has close to 10 bids as well and as a team they have placed top 4 in last two nationally attended  tournaments

  • For California teams, Me and my partner Jerrod aka Tiny won the SCBP Open and can shoot it. Mike Sievert (Sonomajoe) I believe will be playin with Castro from SoCal and should be another top team. I'm assuming CTFK will again be in the mix, but I'm not sure who their other pairings are between Mike Wan, Gary, etc. Whoever Byron Findley (aka my first name's Timmy, but i don't want you to know that haha) plays with will be strong, whether its Daniel again or maybe Casey from Rex Kwon Do and CABOOM (pending on the weekend). side note: your guys team should be Ginger McJumpshot. haha. Assuming the pairings are as I think, my top few in no order would be:

Doin HELLA Much (Me and Jerrod)
    ______________(Casey and Byron)
West Fuckin Coast (Mike and Castro)
______________(Peter and "he won with a girl, so does it even matter?")
    Chauffeur and Fat Kid
    Mike Wan and ?

*Note: Definitely good game in a lot of other players (Ryan, Mooney, Grady, Boomer and a number of others i'm sure i'm forgetting) but I'm just basing this off what I've seen in the last few months, either playing with or against these people for all but CTFK. They get merits on history alone.
