    well if 1 satellite has to happen, we should make it the WSOBP since that had to be paid for upfront. The other one we don't have to pay for til later so if it doesn't happen it's not that big of a deal. I guess if WSOBP doesnt happen either at least I got 2 codes lol.

    I definitely think we'll have enough time to get in at least the WSOBP bid. I hope so, at least.

    well we also have the bar until closing time which is 2am - so if people are there and want to play, we'll do it.

  • The first beast of the east tourney i ran was lengthy..started at 4ish and went till 10..and from how it sounds, it was run a little more simple lol we had 8 tables of either 7-8 teams-winners from each table moved onto a brand new double elim tourney

    Dude, just get your team together and come. You can sit home watching season 3 of Dawnson's Creek any day. This is once a year.
     
    Van Der Beek will forgive you.

    But season 3 is the best. Eve shows up and causes havoc. There is that Blair Witch episode. Jen's mom shows up. Jack gets a boyfriend. Andy cheats on the PSAT's.  The kid from Jerry Maguire shows up in capeside.  And then there is the Usual Suspects meets Groundhog day episode.
     
    If ever there was a reason to miss the Beast of the East tourney it would be to watch season 3 of Dawson's Creek.
