    Post subject: Age limit for WSOBP and Satalite Torney's

  • Is there an age limit to enter into any competition?
     
    I've heard mixed answers because some competitions dont require you to fill up with beer.

  • some tourneys that are not in bars and put water in there cups are 18 the satellites and world series is 21

  • i was wondering the same think im 17 and love the game and would like to do some tournaments even if it was with water who care you should have to love the game to play there should be no age limit i can understand like 15 and under but come on you know that people under 21 made this game famous so let us play

  • The World Series is 21 and up, as they provide beer in the cups.  In most local bar-based tournaments, the age ranges between 21+ and 18+ as dictated by the venue.
     
    Nobody is going to take the risk with liability when it comes to under-agers playing an overgrown drinking game ;).

    I would like to see a rule where you can be 20 and play Satty's, as long as you will be 21 by the time WSOBP rolls around.
     
    I know someone who turns 21 on Jan 1st, but he can't play in any Satty's to try to win his way in.

    get a fake?? yea it sucks cuz it's a few months away but find someone who looks like him
