  • Here's mine:

But I'm wanting to build a table  that returns the ball like this one:

It's actually really easy to make one like ours, but the ones that return the ball for you are a little bit more difficult. We've got about $230 into our table and about 40-45 hours of work (including drying time in between paint coats)... Only problem we're having is we are getting water spots on our black paint. Water is re-activaing the polycrylic (Or so I think it is) and causing it to lift the coating off the painted surface... Still working this out.

I've used envirotex lite instead of polycrylic.  It's a pour-on resin that is essentially 50 coats of polycrylic.  Is a bitch to work with, but the end product is tough to argue with.

  • My company builds custom electronic beer pong tables. Among its many features is the automatic ball washer. Check out our site:

    www.tipsytables.com

As for your question, implementing an automatic ball washer can be simple if you only need basic functionality. All you need is some PVC piping and a small fountain pump:

However, Tipsy Tables are created by skilled engineers. As a result, our automatic ball washers are engineered to last. A removeable filter makes the pump practically self-cleaning and pressure sensors keep the ball washing system from overflowing.

If you are interested in buying a table, or in having us install a custom automatic ball washer for you, feel free to contact us using the order form on the website.
