Elbow rules, and same cup = game over for 1k... really? It's best of 7, I've seen big cash games with just as bad rules. I see what you mean though. I might take the bet myself if it's same cup = game over so long as I went first. If you leave it to a coin flip I lose everytime.

Asking someone to play against you for 1k is just being full of yourself, though. Most people wouldn't risk playing a 1k game, even if it's against the most terrible person ever, just because it's 1k. I believe I'm a pretty good 1-vs-1 player, but 1k for beer pong doesn't make sense to me.

Mike, Larry isn't an elbow rule player, he was kidding. He's top talent from MD but I believe he's been on beer pong hiatus for a little while.
