  • well assuming everybody here plays by WSOBP rules probably isn't the smartest thing to do. I just joined here because I love playing beer pong, I find the WSOBP cool, and one day i might enter. but there are waaaaay too many different rule variations to assume that everyone here plays by the same rules. and I think what is being talked about in this thread is house games, which has no 50k involved.

    well i wouldn't exactly put it that way, nor do i feel enlightened by your observation.  because yes, there are a lot of rules variations out there, and those topics do come up, but quite a bit of the discussion that takes place here involves wsobp rules.  and even more so we discuss tournament beer pong play on the forums - and i don't think throwing before a rerack in a tournament is at all appropriate.  but yeah, at house parties it's a little different story.  maybe it would have helped if the original poster would have been more specific.

    this thread is in the WSOBP III - Rules Debates  section - so i have to think we're talking wsobp rules, or he doesn't know how to post

    it all depends on what rules you play by.  if you're playing with wsobp rules then it's against the rules - therefore there's something wrong with it
