  • Peter, How many tables do plan on running for 128 teams?16 or so?
    I ask because we will have 10 PDA's with us on that night and would love to have the entire East Coast vs. West Coast Tourney tracked. If anything we will just start keeping track when there are 10 tables left.

    Great Idea in the way you are trying to get maximum east coast vs west coast teams to play each other and uphold double elim.

    so assuming 128 teams... what are we looking at for cash prizes to the top teams?

  • $9.50 48 oz pitchers isn't usually a tremendous 'special', but for the Vegas strip, it's not too shabby.

    I don't know if it's 100% safe to say yet that we'll get 128 but it's looking promising.

    We've come up with a prize structure (assuming 128 teams):

    Cash prizes to the top 12 teams as follows:
        * 1st - $1500
        * 2nd - $500
        * 3rd - $300
        * 4th - $200
        * 5th (x2) - $100
        * 7th (x2) - $50
        * 9th (x4) - $30 (money back)

    i noticed you copied over all the WSOBP IV teams on your site. i highly doubt that is legal if you are not affiliated with bpong.com and/or have permission from the teams.

    you also created blogs of the team names on blogspot.com - some of those team names, especially the ones of websites are trademarked.

    I find it weird that someone that runs a pong tracking site is calling out another site that is giving him competition and seems to be doing things that he did not think of.....let them do whatever they want....if they are doing ilegal stuff im sure billy or duncan will contact them.....dont be that guy
