  • I know this has been discused already but there was really no clear answer on it.  Billy are you guys going to be able to update records online each day or a couple times a day so friends and family can keep up to date by checking the site?

  • We don't have an exact answer, but our intention is to have a solution to keep stats updated as often as possible - perhaps in "real time," i.e., as fast as we can enter them.

  • We will definitely have results posted nightly. Unless there are significant problems, we intend to update results on the fly throughout the tournament.

Any idea when results for WSOBP3 final day will be posted? I have almost waited a year just to see how I rank from last year? Poorly

They had brackets posted up before the site rollover... Not sure if they are up now anywhere.  It's not that hard to figure out your rank though.

If you lost in the very first round of single elim on the last day, you would be essentialy tied for 81st place.  If you lost in the second round of single elim, you'd be tied for 57th place.  If you lost in the third round - the best 2 out of 3, you'd be 33rd place.

If you made the final 32, it obviously depends on where you lost your 2nd game.  8 teams lost two straight and were tied for 25th.  8 more teams won one game, then lost two, or lost one, won one, then lost one - ending tied for 17th.  The other ranks are just as easy to figure out - the losers of subsequent rounds tied for 13th, 9th, 7th, 5th... then 4th through 1st.
