One idea I had (that would take forever for most teams) is this:
 
max 2 shots a turn per team, and a cup doesn't get removed unless both players make it during the same turn. So if you go first and miss then your teams turn is already over. If you make it, then that cup only means something if your partner makes that cup right after you. Need 20 hits as a team to make 10 cups.

 
That's funny cuz I practice sometimes by having to make each cup 5 times before moving on to another cup and don't pull it till obviously I hit it 5 times in a row.  So in essence I'll have to make 50 shots to end the rack.  Like you said, it's not for most people, but great practice.

Okay so here it is.. after discussing this over with pop we decided this.. to be fair and prove who really is the best team (players) what not.. This is how we should do this best out of 7 series.. Are you interested??
 
Best of 7 series 200 or 300 per team?
 
Since Beer Pong does have different rule variations and what not, the better players can shoot and win with any rules right? So in that said do you accept a challenge of a best of 7 game series with game by game different rule variations?
 
 
1 game of Call your cups- Have to call the cup ur shooting for .. if you miss or hit another cup means nothing, cup stays there and thats it - agian shoot till u miss for rebuttle.
