  • I heard a rumor that there might be a satellite tourney in maryville MO?? if anyone has any other details or knows more about it or if its even true...lemme know! thanks

    I think Columbia, MO is the ideal location for a Missouri satellite - it's smack in between Saint Louis and Kansas City. They already had an unofficial satellite with a $1000 payout last Saturday that my team took down. It would be great to get an official satellite going as well.

    r-ho, i've known about the Word Series since the first year it was thrown. true, my schedule has not allowed me to attend yet, but i will take any bet up to $200 that i will beat you in a 1 on 1 best of 7 series.
     
    also, if you ask me, it's kind of hypocritical to bitch about "only winning" a satellite in the midwest, when those are the only satellites you've won yourself... but whatever makes you feel better about yourself, dude.

    Haha thing is i HAVE won satelites and you have won ZERO you won at some house party!  a house party in missouri....I can go to a college party and win too.....I hope youa re ready to step it up with people in your ear yelling at you....you dont even know how it is....TRUST ME!  anyone that has been there will tell you it is a different situation

  • i'll take r-ho in your best of 7 if you want to make a side bet with me too for $200...or whatever amount you want. the ho's are good...beat me and my partner in the finals of 2 satellites, they won all the satellites they played in...when the team that won the WSOBP 2 had to come back on them to advance...(watch it on you tube) they are solid...but just cause you won a non-official satellite doesn't give you any room to talk shit...see you at the world series...
