  • I am signed up and need a partner!!! the person I was with decided not to come at the last minute. Please? I have been practicing and such and am really excited to do this. Let me know if anyone's in a similiar position!!!

  • I got a friend who is coming with us who really needs a partner. He shoots around 50-60%. He's a cool dude too. He's coming either way partner or not but I'd need to know soon if you wanna play with him so you two can get it all set up.

    so me and mine are playing in the finals of a satellite tonight.  assuming we win, i'm worried that he won't be able to call off work Jan 1-Jan 5 (he works as a Best Buy home installer, and that is their "black period" aka no vacation time).  if we win and he and i register online anyways, but he ends up not being able to go.... what are my options?  does it HAVE to be him then or can i just pick someone else up at the WSOBP?  can i bring another friend instead?

    Winners of satellites get codes that cover the cost of entry.  The codes are transferable.  If you win, and he can't go, have your partner give/sell his to another friend.

    yeah, but what happens if his partner signs up with the code and then ends up not being able to make it to vegas? can you sub someone in?

  • that's basically what i'm wondering:  if my partner signs up with me, but ends up ditching after registration and before the actual WSOBP, can i sub someone in for him or does it HAVE to be him?  like, can i show up on opening day and when i sign in just have the name changed to my new partner?

  • yo yeah i need a partner as well... i got everything paid but now need to find a new partner... i hate waiting around last second too ... always nice. but hit me up ... dcjdiddy@aim.com or what not .
