  • Just was wondering if we should already have the roomate and teamate codes and if not when they will be here?

  • I'm not entirely clear as to what you are asking.  If you are asking about being able to link up as teammates and roommates, you *should* be able to do this, but we have not publicly stated this yet just in case some bugs exist.  It has been live all day today, though, and nobody has brought any issues to our attention yet.

  • is selecting the room mate different from selecting a teammate? like is there a seperate place to select your roomamte

  • Yes, they are different.  I'll need to look into some things and try to come up with step-by-step directions, but there at least three things you need to do:  (1) form a team, (2) add the team to the event (which you can only do if both you and your teammate have paid in full), and (3) select a roommate (which again, I believe you both need to be paid in full to do this).

  • Yeah, same thing happened to me earlier this morning, too . . .  There's apparently an issue on the live version of the code, so this issue will be fixed soon.  We have a few other pressing issues we're working on, but we may still be able to fix this by tomorrow.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • You should now be able to create rooming preferences and pair up with a roommate (if you chose a package in which you are sharing a room with somebody).  Note, however, that you must be paid in full in order to create a room because once you have submitted your rooming preferences, we'll be passing the information to the Flamingo, at which point we will not be able to make changes.
     
    To create rooming preferences, login to BPONG.COM.  Go to My BPONG (top right) --> Signups.  If you are signed up, you will see "The World Series of Beer Pong IV" in the list of your sign ups.  Click on the blue "i" button to view sign up details.  You can create a room at the bottom of the page.
     
    Please let us know if you find any problems.
