Now that sounds like a good idea.  Maybe make it like the Stanley Cup and engrave the winning teams name on it, until the next year.

Gotta be honest here, I'm not Lexington Steele. I'm not fitting too many names on my cock. Especially when we have teams named "Chauffeuring the Fat Kid" winning the whole thing.

They say that the WSOBP rules are designed with fairness for all players in mind. So why is leaning allowed? Tall mf-ers will be able to lean halfway across the table and it won't be fair. This rule needs to be changed. Who's with me?

god another team signing up this year for the first time and trying to change rules already. since u did all this research and wana change rules why dont u research almost all of the WS winners and runners up i believe neil was the tallest out of em all at an average height of 6'2. so ill take a guess and say ur a midget and ur one of those guys who cries everytime he plays tall guys. go practice ur shot and stop crying about things u cant change.

  • I figured I should throw my 2 cents in since I basically said the same thing when I first signed up on here (that leaning was "cheating").  I have been playing beer pong for years and always had a lean rule, but then again we were playing on like 5 ft tables most of the time.  Now that I've been in the "official" beer pong scene for close to 6 months I've realized that more leaning does not mean more cup making.  My shot now does involve a lean, but only to the point where my elbow is maybe 6 inches past the table, I tried for a while to just lean my ass off and shoot that way, but I could never get my balance right so the shots were never accurate, even with the "advantage" of more leaning.  So at this point I have to agree that the lean rule is kind've an outdated rule, and I'm glad it's not part of MD Beer Pong or the WSOBP because all it would lead to is drama/anger.  I mean the people I play against are all really good, but I have not seen a pattern between extremity of a lean and skill level.  So yeah, that's about all the wisdom I have on this topic, hope it makes sense because I pretty much just rambled on as I'm bored as hell at work lol.
