    Post subject: WSOBP IV Numbers - We need you to complete your signups

  • I'm sharing the following not just for the sake of sharing it.  I'm sharing it because many of you HAVE NOT COMPLETED YOUR WSOBP SIGN-UP DESPITE HAVING PAID FOR EVERYTHING.
     
    There are 320 teams that have entered the tournament.  However, there are only 288 rooms booked!  IF YOU DO NOT BOOK A ROOM YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PLACE TO STAY - this rooming list is due to the Flamingo immediately.
     
    Furthermore, there are enough people paid in full to form 374 teams.  We therefore have around 104 people that need to form teams and enter them into the tournament.
     
    In order to confirm you are entered, login to BPONG.COM, go to My BPONG --> Signups, and then click on the blue icon.  If you see FOUR  green check marks that Duncan designed, you should be set.  If you see any of the red Xs, you will not participate in The WSOBP IV unless you fix the issues immediately.
     
    Check your own sign-up, and then check all of your friends' sign-ups.  Do it now, and then do it daily.

    Billy, might be worth a reminder email to those who have not put their teams together but have paid in full, maybe you already did that though. Im not sure everyon checks this site regularly.

  • Yup, we did that last night, and we'll probably start doing it daily.  We're just trying to get the word out any way we can.

  • Billy I'm having some issues with this.  My partner got the Go Room and I got the basic deluxe.  So I went to mybpong and clicked the upgrade package, I selected the go room and clicked proceed.  Then it asks me to sign in again.  Even though I'm already signed in.  Then I entered everything and it will not proceed past that sign in screen no matter how many times I try.  
     
    Not sure if anyone else is having this issue.  But I can't complete our signup until I can upgrade my room.

    I'm not sure what is causing this issue.  I think I told our developers that you can only upgrade under certain conditions, but I don't remember what they were.
     
    In any event, I just made the upgrade for you.  Let me know if you have any other problems.  Sorry about this bug.

  • hey billy i talked to skinny about this problem yesterday. i'm signed up and paid for the upgraded room..two beds. but my partner is only signed up for the regular room. when he tries to upgrade, it keeps asking him to login again. is there anyway you can make the upgrade for him to the 625 room? i can email you our info.  allendongell@gmail.com
