  • Yea, skeptikal has a tourney in the making and is waitin on a date.  He will post all the info as soon as he gets everything set in stone.

Also, I think there is a chance for another satellite this fall hopefully in september if I can get it all together in time. Should know in the next couple weeks if it will happen or not.

~And dont worry Pat you will be one of the first to know as you will more than likely will be a part of it. lol.~

  • I think i am going to have another satellite in Columbus on August 22nd if everything goes well in the Cleveland satellite.  We will see how many teams come out for the first one.  I am sure we can pull 64 teams for a tournament on the Ohio State campus if we post it well enough in advance.

If people could start sending me their team information, that would be appreciated.  All I need is your team name and the names of the team members and I can start adding teams to the bracket.  This is for the July 25th satellite qualifier in Cleveland.  Email me at hiSig1037@aol.com">PhiSig1037@aol.com

shouldn't teams be added to the bracket the day of the tournament?  to keep it random?  it would be pretty weak to walk in and see all the michigan teams lined up to play eachother in the first round.

  • Lester,
The propsed satellite in Columbus will not be the Ohio vs. Michigan event.  I would like to hold that closer to the football game which is on November 21st.  Maybe the weekend before and I would like to have it in Toledo because that would be pretty much a neutral site for the tourney.  If you know of any bars that you think would like to host it in that area let me know.

    David,
I just want to get a list of teams together so I have a better idea of who is coming to the event before the actual day of the tournament.  It is more of setting up a roster of teams and the actual bracket won't be set up until all the teams actually get to the tournament in case teams can't make it.  All the teams will be randomly put into the brackets so you don't have to worry about us putting all the Michigan teams up against each other.  There are bound to be some Michigan matchups just because we are expecting multiple teams from your state to attend.  There will also be many Ohio matchups but I promise you that teams won't be put against each other intentionally.

  • The tournament is in Parma Heights which is right outside Cleveland.  It just easier to tell people Cleveland so out of towners have a better idea of where it is at.  Email me at hiSig1037@aol.com">PhiSig1037@aol.com with your name and your partners name and the name of your team and I can put you on the roster.

  • Would anyone be interested in a satellite in Columbus, Ohio on August 22nd?  I'm also looking for a good location to have it if anyone has any ideas.
